What does “per device” mean exactly?

A device is any endpoint we monitor and manage — desktops, laptops, and servers. Mobile phones and tablets can be added on. You only pay for what you have, and your invoice adjusts as your team grows or shrinks.

We do a free assessment before you sign anything so you know exactly what your monthly total will be before committing.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No. Onboarding is included. We handle the deployment of all monitoring agents, security tools, and configurations as part of getting started.

What is your response time for support requests?

Essential and Advanced clients receive business-hours support with same-day response. Complete clients receive priority response with faster SLA times for critical issues.

Can I switch plans after I sign up?

Yes, at any time. If your business grows and you need deeper coverage, moving up to Advanced or Complete is straightforward. We’ll handle the transition with no downtime.

Do all plans include cybersecurity?

Yes. Every Dessemble client gets enterprise-grade endpoint protection and threat monitoring regardless of which plan they’re on. The plans differ in depth of coverage, not in the quality of protection.

Do you require a long-term contract?

We offer both month-to-month and annual agreements. Annual plans come at a lower rate. Either way, there are no cancellation penalties and no fine print designed to trap you.
